FAQ
Good to know
What are Krew Coins?
Krew Coins (KC) are earned automatically: 10 KC per completed session, 100 for winning a tournament, 50 for hosting one, 50 for referring a friend, 5 for daily login, a 20 KC bonus per 7-day streak, and 30 for completing your profile.
Will Krew sell my data to brand partners?
No. Brands only see aggregated engagement data and whether their own coupon was used.
Can I redeem more than once, or get a refund?
You can redeem again when you have enough KC and the offer still has supply. Once you confirm a redemption, the KC deduction can't be refunded.
