Marketplace & Brand Partnerships

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Krew works with brands relevant to gamers — through the Krew Marketplace and through sponsorship of Krew tournaments and campus activations. This policy explains what that means for you as a Krew user: how offers reach you, what happens to your data in the process, and who's responsible for what.

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, which continue to govern your account and data more broadly.

1. What Is the Krew Marketplace

The Krew Marketplace lets you spend Krew Coins — earned through your activity on Krew — to unlock offers, coupons, or products listed by brand partners. It's built to make discovering gaming-relevant brands a natural part of using Krew, rather than a traditional ad banner.

2. These Are Commercial Partnerships

Offers you see in the Marketplace are placed there because a brand has partnered with Krew — this may involve Krew being paid based on the traffic and sales that partnership generates. We're telling you this upfront: Marketplace listings are a form of brand partnership, not independent recommendations or editorial picks by Krew.

We choose which brands to work with based on relevance to gamers and to Krew's college-age audience, but listing in the Marketplace does not mean Krew has tested, endorses, or guarantees any brand's product.

3. Tournament & Campus Activation Sponsors

Krew's college gaming tournaments and campus activations may be sponsored by brands. Where this happens, you may see the sponsor's branding, product showcases, or promotional activity as part of the event. Participation in a Krew tournament is always free for players regardless of sponsorship.

4. Your Data & Brand Partners

Krew does not sell your personal data to brand partners, and does not hand your individual profile, contact details, or personal information to a brand simply because you interact with their Marketplace offer. What a brand partner may receive is limited to:

If a brand's own website or checkout collects your information after you click through to redeem an offer (for example, to complete a purchase), that happens on the brand's own platform and is governed by their privacy policy, not Krew's. We'd encourage you to check a brand's own policies before sharing information directly with them.

5. Offers Are Not Guaranteed & Brands Are Responsible for Fulfilling Them

Krew connects you to a brand's offer — we don't manufacture, sell, ship, or guarantee any brand's product. Offers, brands, coupon stock, and the Marketplace itself may be added, changed, limited, or removed at any time without notice, including if a brand's inventory of codes runs out or a partnership ends. Krew is not liable if an offer becomes unavailable before or after you attempt to unlock it.

Some brand offers may also carry their own eligibility requirements set by the brand (for example, age or location restrictions). It's your responsibility to confirm you meet a brand's own eligibility criteria before redeeming — Krew does not verify this on the brand's behalf.

Once you redeem a coupon or code:

6. Fraud & Misuse of Brand Offers

Marketplace offers, coupons, and codes are provided for genuine personal use only, by the account holder who redeemed them. You may not attempt to defraud a brand partner or Krew — for example, by exploiting a coupon system, falsifying redemption details, sharing, reselling, or publicly posting a code, or abusing an offer in bad faith.

If a brand partner determines that a user has committed fraud or acted in bad faith against them through the Marketplace, the brand may pursue legal action against that user directly. Krew is not a party to such disputes, but where legally required or at our discretion, we may provide relevant account or transaction records to assist a brand's investigation or legal process. Krew may also independently suspend or restrict a user's Marketplace access, or their account, for suspected fraud or misuse.

7. Account Termination & Krew Coins

If your Krew account is suspended, banned, or deleted — whether by you or by us — any unredeemed Krew Coins in your balance are forfeited and cannot be recovered, transferred, or compensated, consistent with Krew Coins having no cash value as described in Section 1.

8. Limitation of Liability

This policy does not create any liability standard for Krew beyond what's set out in our Terms & Conditions. The limitation of liability, disclaimers, and indemnity provisions in our Terms & Conditions apply fully to your use of the Marketplace and any brand partnership activity described here.

9. Reporting a Problem With an Offer or Sponsor

If a Marketplace offer, coupon, or sponsor activation seems misleading, doesn't work, or otherwise concerns you, email us at support@trykrew.com. We review reports and may remove a listing or partnership at our discretion.

10. Changes to This Policy

As the Krew Marketplace and our brand partnership model grow, we may update this policy. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and continued use of Krew's Marketplace after changes means you accept the updated policy.
